Early-Stage Venture
Alto Partners Venture Capital is our family office's flagship venture fund, investing opportunistically in some of the most high-profile startups, primarily in Indonesia. AVPC invests in pre-Series A and Series A rounds, alongside our partner funds and strategic investors.
Southeast Asia Seed
In 2021, we proudly launched Forge Ventures, led by Tiang Lim Foo and Kaspar Hidayat, who have exceptional backgrounds in B2B and B2C ventures, both as successful operators and investors. The Fund is solely focused on early-stage seed investments in Southeast Asia.
Vietnam Seed
2022 marked Alto Partners first foray into Vietnam with the launch of Ansible Ventures, founded by Valerie Vu, one of the country's most connected early-stage investors. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Valerie is building on her established track record to support some of Vietnam's most promising entrepreneurs.

Complementing our in-house seed funds, we use our own balance sheet capital to support founders, with bridge funding, structured credit, secondary liquidity and other alternatives.
Growth Capital & Partnerships
Alto Partners is an investor in many top venture capital and private equity funds globally. We support our relationship GPs with our own capital, generating returns for our family office partners as LPs, while also channeling growth capital and liquidity to our founders.
Moreover, we connect founders with strategic investors and partners, including business development opportunities with our own portfolio startups.

Alto Partners Global Allocation Fund (APGAF)
In 2014, we launched our first Global Allocation Fund which nearly doubled the Bloomberg Hedge Fund Index. However, we took the exceptional step of redeeming all profits to investors at the end of 2017 as we saw markets peak. Our unbiased decision to redeem APGAF presaged declining markets in 2018.
Alto Partners Australia Real Estate Mezzanie Fund (AREM)
As we wound-down APGAF, that same year we innovated a new uncorrelated strategy with the Australasian Property Group (APG). The Australia Real Estate Mezzanine Fund (AREM) invests in a diversified pool of high-yield real estate loans. We have launched three AREM funds to date, deploying nearly $100M for dozens of family office investors. Our first $22M AREM Fund fully returned $32M in cash in 2021, despite COVID.
